We offer full in room Wi-Fi and Dataport Internet Services ( 1 WiFi access point per 2 rooms + 1 RJ-45 Dataport per room )
We have the most reliable system featuring Three Redundant links, One 12 Mbps Fiber Optic and Two 6 Mbps ADSL (backup lines).
Because we have many guests share our 3 lines, we must shape the bandwidth to provide stability and consistent performance
for everyone. So therefore you can expect download speeds at the user level of about 2-3 Mbps pipe and upload speeds of
512 kbps pipe or more. Unlike manyThai hotels, our service is suitable for full-time VPN, Development, and Remote Work

All Guest Rooms are WI-FI b/g wireless enabled. they are also redundantly CAT 5 hardwired for maximum reliability. WiFi is fine for most folks and since stability is paramount we can't have folks adding their own plug in network appliances to our network without our knowledge. However if neccessary We can connect RJ-45 port devices on request (small setup fee). We just have to approve whatever appliance and configuration you may want to use. This maintains network stability for everyone.

Folks without a Laptop or who have minimum needs are welcome to use our Public Desktop Computer in the Living Room Free of Charge anytime (but please limit your time to 15 minutes a session if somebody else is waiting :)

Please note, folks using P2P applications etc. for the purpose of downloading videos, DVD's, music, etc. will be bandwidth throttled to protect folks needing bandwidth to do real work using services like Skype, VPN, web browsing, and e-mail. Most folks will appreciate that the guy in the room next door can't use up all your bandwidth for downloading DVD's :--))).
