We use an Online Rate Quote and Instant Booking system with dynamic rates. We offer these guarantees
when you book conveniently and quickly here on this, our Official Website, with our online system.

The Earlier You Book, the Better the Rate up until 14 days before your arrival when occasionally we offer slightly cheaper special rates to fill up holes at the last minute. Please Note, room selection and longer term availability is not so good at the last minute and in some cases Last Minute Bookings have to change rooms during their stay. Last Minute booking is not recommended because the savings compared to booking farther in advance will be minimal if any.

Booking Directly here on our website will be cheaper (or the same) compared to booking on a third party website after you compare the conditions of the rate (i.e. Breakfast, tax, service inclusive or not). Also, third party website booking special requests are queued after folks who book directly with us.


And, In the event you find a cheaper rate on our website for the exact same dates and room style over 14 days
before your arrival, you can switch rates without penalty. But Please Bear in Mind when you rebook
under those conditions, your upgrade priority may be down a bit on account of the fact that
upgrades are based mostly on the rate paid and queued to the new booking date :)

CHECK OUT PAGE WHERE YOU ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD AFTER ALL THE EXTRA CHARGES ARE ADDED
and e-mail it to us within 7 days of placing your booking with us. We'll match it minus 10% :)
