On December 15, 2009 we had to say Goodbye to Jim Tawa. The partnership Uncle Eric provided to Jim with little maney down and a
great opportunity to make a future for this spectacular chef and his family in our business didn't work out. Although Jim is a
great chef and had lot's of experience many spectacular 5 star corporate restaurants. It wasn't quite the right
place and time to blossom into his own Restauranteur, his dream, which he will surely achieve.

Our goal has always been to provide top quality food service at very reasonable prices. Jim being a 5 star chef felt we could
improve Guest satisfaction by providing more higher end options. He felt the extra cost would be acceptable to our
Guests if quality went up. I agreed we should try. For some it was, but when all our Guests voted with
their pocketbooks, things didn't quite materialize that way.

We kindly Thank Jim for all the ideas and new menu items Jim contributed and we continue use them in
combination with our normal policy of providing top value for money in Food Service.
